To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 30 January 2024.
Purpose: To consider adopting a Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme (LCTRS) for 2024/25 as recommended by cabinet on 7 February 2024.
Purpose: To consider proposals for the council’s 2024/25 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position including the outcomes of the budget consultation.
