Corporate Plan 2024-2029 (Report to follow)
Purpose: To consider draft proposals for the council’s 2024/25 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position including the outcomes of the budget consultation and make any relevant recommendations for cabinet to consider.
Final budget proposals, alongside the outcome of the budget consultation and budget scrutiny work, will be brought back to Council on 21 February 2024 with a recommendation to consider and approve those alongside the council tax setting decision.
