To appoint a representative and substitute to the Norfolk Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Purpose - To provide an overview of the background, actions taken and current position of the council's wholly owned company, Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) to support Members in their scrutiny of the NCSL Business Plan 2024/27.
Purpose - To assist the scrutiny committee members to review and agree the scrutiny committee work programme 2024-25.
