Purpose - To agree the scope for a scrutiny review of Debate not Hate.

Purpose - To pre-scrutinise and make any relevant recommendations to Cabinet on 16 October 2024 on Norwich City Hall Reimagined.

To receive an update from the council's representative on the Norfolk Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
