Purpose - To consider proposals for the council's 2025-26 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position including the outcomes of the budget consultation and make any relevant recommendations for cabinet to consider. The outcomes of the budget consultation and any recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee will be reflected in a further report to Cabinet on 5 February 2025, prior to the final proposals being submitted to Full Council on 12 February 2025.
