To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 6 June 2024 and the extraordinary meeting held on 8 August 2024.

Purpose - To consider the proposed final version of the statement of licensing policy for sex establishments.

Purpose - For members to agree to consult on the proposed amendments to the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Policy (Drivers/Operators only at this time) taking into consideration the guidance issued by the Government in 2020.

Purpose - To consider the proposed standards, including conditions, for residential caravans following legislative changes in relation to the regulation of residential caravans and park homes.

Purpose - For memebrs to consider the draft HMO Licensing Policy in respect of Houses in Multiple Occupation licensed under the Housing Act 2004 and to authorise public consultation.

To receive minutes from the Regulatory Sub-Committee.

To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 6 June 2024 and the extraordinary meeting held on 8 August 2024.

To receive the minutes of the Regulatory Sub-Committee meetings on 12 June 2023, 11 September 2023, 11 December 2023, 11 March 2024, 8 April 2024, 13 May 2024, 10 June 2024 and 12 August 2024.
