Purpose - To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 17th July, 2024.
Purpose - This report sets out the Council’s Treasury Management performance for the first six months of the financial year to 30 September 2024.
Purpose - This report sets out the Council’s key draft Treasury Management Strategy changes being considered ahead of the draft budget report to December Cabinet.
Purpose - This report sets out the Council’s Treasury Management workplan for 2025.
Purpose - The Committee is asked to consider how to respond to the Scrutiny Committees Topic on Ethical and sustainable management of council cash balances and investments:
A To establish a Task and Finish Group to consider the issues; or
B. To consider the issues under the normal business of the Committee under the workplan.
