Appointments to the management subgroup
To appoint the members of the management subgroup.
The management subgroup comprises the chair and vice chair and up to three other conservators:
• one councillor
• one Mousehold Heath Defender; and
• one member of the Norwich Society

Management subgroup meeting dates
To agree dates for the Mousehold Heath Conservators management subgroup. Suggested dates are:
- Friday 19 July 2024 at 14:30
- Friday 15 November 2024 at 14:30
- Friday 14 February 2025 at 14:30
Purpose - To provide the 2023/24 revenue budget monitoring position and 2023/24 capital receipts balance as at 31 March 2024.
Purpose - To provide a quarterly update on activities on Mousehold Heath relating to the delivery of the Mousehold Heath management plan objectives.
