Purpose - to provide an update on the activities of each of the four twinning associations.
Purpose - to provide an update on the position of the twinning fund as at 1 October 2015.

Purpose - to dicuss the possibility of a further joint twinning associations social event.

Electronic newsletters
Purpose - to reitterate the need for associations to provide the committee officer with electronic versions of all newsletters in a timely fashion.
Purpose - To consider a grant application received from the Norfolk and Norwich Novi Sad Association.
