Declarations of interest

Purpose: To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on the 7 February 2018.
Purpose:
To seek approval to apply to become a designated local
authority for the purpose of issuing fixed penalties notices for stationary engine
idling offences.
Purpose:
To
report progress against the delivery of the corporate plan priorities and key
performance measures for quarter 3 of 2017 - 18.
Purpose: To provide an update on the provisional financial position of the council as at 31 January 2018.
Purpose: To provide an update on the position as at 16 January 2018 with regard to the write off of non- recoverable national non domestic rate (NNDR) debt and request approval for the write-off of debts totalling £266,138.75 which are deemed irrecoverable.

To respond to the recommendations reported to the January
meeting of cabinet and to consider the recommendations from the scrutiny
committee held on 22 February 2018.
Purpose - To recommend to full council to approve the pay policy statement for 2018-19.
Purpose - To review planned and current relationships with external organisations: including contracts, partnership arrangements and grants in kind for 2017-18 and grants for 2018-19.
Purpose: To seek approval to award the funding for the meeting of complex needs and the prevention of rough sleeping.

To consider delegating authority to award a contract for
leaseholder insurance.
Purpose: To seek approval to delegate authority to award a contract for the replacement of grounds maintenance equipment.
Purpose - To consider delegating authority to establish an agency framework and award contracts to up to four agencies as the preferred suppliers for the provision of agency workers.
Purpose: To consider the result of the recent procurement process for provision of temporary accommodation to those households which the council holds a duty to under Part VII of the Housing Act.
