To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 15 January 2020
Purpose - To present the 2018-19 Greater Norwich Development Partnership (GNDP) Annual Monitoring Report for Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk
Purpose - To consider the draft revised Local Development Scheme. This is the work programme for producing key planning documents, which will form part of the local plan for Norwich. The scheme is attached at Appendix 1 and covers a two-year period to 2022.
Purpose - To consider Norwich City Council’s response to the First Homes Consultation.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is currently seeking views on the First Homes scheme. The Government states that it is committed to making home ownership a reality for everyone. The proposal is that First Homes will be sold to local people with a minimum discount of 30 per cent off the market price.
