Purpose:  To consider options for green financing to support the council to achieve its target of carbon neutrality by 2030.

This report sets out the council’s draft statutory Equality Information Report 2023 which is appended.

 The report is a statutory requirement and needs to be published by 31 January each year. This report will be signed off by Cabinet in February 2023. It should enable the Scrutiny Committee to determine any recommendations or comments it would wish to make.

Purpose:  To assist scrutiny committee members to review the scrutiny committee work programme 2022-23.
