Purpose: The purpose of this report is to provide an update to the Standards Committee with regards to complaints submitted during the year and to seek the views of the Standards Committee on potential modifications to the Code of Conduct and complaints in light of the Government's response to the Committee for Standards in Public Life report on Local Government Standards.
