Purpose - To update the Scrutiny Committee on the work being undertaken to support the welcome of refugees and asylum seekers to Norwich following recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee and resolutions passed by Cabinet in September 2023.
Purpose - To inform scrutiny of the council's Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) response and outline the council's proposed arrangements for emergency winter provision from October 2024 to March 2025.
Purpose - To assist scrutiny committee members to review and agree the scrutiny committee work programme 2024-25.
Purpose - To agree the Terms of Reference for a Task and Finish Group on Making Norwich a Truly Accessible City and to appoint members to the Task and Finish Group.
