Proposal: Change of use from Church/Place of Worship to a cultural and arts centre and events venue (sui generis); Internal alterations including new staging at ground and first floor level; installation of bar and drinks servery at first floor level; installation of toilet facilities; dismantling of a small number of pews at first floor level; installation of door to storage room at first floor level; installation of raised flooring system at first floor level; replacement accoustic doors; installation of secondary glazing; and other associated internal alterations.
