To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 26 June 2025.
Purpose - To consider the proposed amendments to the current Norwich City Council Pavement Licence Policy brought about by changes to the current legislation contained within the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act.
Purpose - To present the updated Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Policy for approval following consutlation, to outline amendments made to the HMO Policy ensure statutory compliance, and to introduce the Private Sector Housing (PSH) and HMO Enforcement Policy Framework which supports legal compliance across the service.
