To elect a Chair for the 2026-27 Civic Year.

To confirm the minutes of the meetings held on 9 December 2025 and 10 February 2026.

Purpose - To discuss a forward programme for the remaining CEEEP meetings of the 2026/27 civic year, including focal topics for the scheduled meetings of 8th December 2026 and 9th February 2027. Topics may include climate adaptation, solar and heating in the council's general fund assets, or other suggestions to be put forward and agreed by CEEEP members.

Purpose - To discuss possible approaches to developing a climate adapation plan for the city of Norwich, including gathering views from CEEEP members on how the public should be consulted and engaged with to inform the plan's development.

Purpose - An opportunity for CEEEP members to ask questions to the counci officers about any matters regarding the Climate Action Update report.

Purpose - An opportunity for CEEEP members to ask quqestions to the council officers about any matters regarding the reports.

Purpose - To brief CEEEP members on the content of the Council's draft Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Retrofit Roadmap strategy, which sets out how the council will pursue net-zero emissions across its housing portfolio by 2045.
