Declarations of interest

To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 19 January 2017.
Purpose -
To agree a policy for when 20mph speed restrictions should
be implemented and under what circumstances physical traffic calming measures
are needed to reinforce the restriction.
Purpose - To consider the response to the petition submitted by the Mount Pleasant residents asking for traffic calming measures in their street.
Purpose - To agree proposals for a segregated inbound cycleway
facility and associated highway alterations on Newmarket Road between the
Daniels Road roundabout and the footpath link to Hanover Road.
Purpose - To seek approval to implement an experimental traffic regulation order to extend the current temporary closure of Leopold Road to help inform the design process for the reconfiguration of this junction.
Purpose - To consider responses from consultation and approve installation of the Magdalen Road cycling improvements scheme

wider Transport for Norwich scheme for a wide conspicuous at grade crossing
over St Crispins Road from
St Georges Street to Botolph Street and to agree implementation of the scheme.

To consider consultation responses to the Mile Cross Lane
cycling improvement project and agree to implement the scheme.

To consider responses from consultation and approve
installation of Bluebell Road cycling improvements scheme.
Purpose - To seek approval to consult on proposals to introduce contraflow cycling on existing one-way streets in the City Centre. Members are also asked to approve the advertisement of Traffic Regulation Orders that would be required to enable their implementation.

To seek approval to consult on the proposals for the
Brazengate to All Saints Green Cycling Improvements scheme.
