Purpose - To update cabinet on the provisional financial position as at 30 September 2016, the forecast outturn for the year 2016/17, and the consequent forecast of the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account balances.
Purpose - To update cabinet on the financial position of the capital programmes as at 30 September 2016.
Purpose - To consider the process for the appointment of a new external auditor.
Purpose - To consider adoption of the revised Statement of Community Involvement.
Purpose - To inform cabinet of the procurement process for the re-provision of the housing gas servicing and repairs contract and to seek approval to award the contract
Purpose - To advise cabinet of the tender process for a contract for structural repairs and improvements to council homes and to consider the award of the contract
