Purpose - To report progress against the delivery of the corporate plan priorities and key performance measures for quarter 2 of 2016 - 17.
Purpose - To update cabinet on the provisional financial position as at 31 October 2016, the forecast outturn for the year 2016/17, and the consequent forecast of the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account balances
Purpose - This report sets out the treasury management performance for the first six months of the financial year to 30 September 2016

Purpose - To advise cabinet of the tender process for the event support services framework contract carried out by the events and procurement teams and seek authority to award the contract to the selected suppliers.
Purpose - To seek cabinet approval for the virement of funds from the bathroom upgrades budget to the whole house improvement and Goldsmith Street new build social housing budgets, within the Housing Capital Programme.
