    To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 14 November 2018.
    Purpose - To consider the progress made since last year when Cabinet received an update on a range of corporate initiatives designed to set the future direction for the council and make Norwich City Council “fit for the future” within the context of the approved four year financial sustainability plan.
    Purpose - This report summarises the emerging position, as currently known, for the General Fund revenue budget, the HRA Business Plan, and the council’s capital programme.
    Purpose - To report progress against the delivery of the corporate plan priorities and key performance measures for quarter 2 of 2018 – 19.
    Purpose -  To update cabinet on the financial position of the council as at 31 October 2018.
    Purpose - This report sets out the Treasury Management performance for the first six months of the financial year to 30 September 2018. This is in accordance with the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy’s (CIPFA) Treasury Management and Prudential Codes.

    Purpose - To consider the recommendations from the scrutiny committee held on 22 November 2018.

    Purpose - To advise cabinet of the procurement process for a housing structural repairs contract and to seek approval to award the contract.

     

     

    Purpose - To advise cabinet of the procurement process for installing a new heating system at Meadowsweet sheltered housing and to seek approval to award the contract.
    Purpose - To inform Cabinet of the procurement process for the clearance, demolition and ground remediation of the former depot site at Mile Cross Road, Mile Cross and to seek approval to delegate authority to award the contract.
