To agree the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 18 December 2019.
Purpose: To consider the draft Regulation 18 Greater Norwich Local Plan (GNLP), which is due to undergo public consultation between January and March 2020.
Purpose: To enter into a contract with Homes England to allow the council to accept up to £15m Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) funding to enable the redevelopment of Anglia Square.
Purpose: To seek approval to award a contract for replacement fire escape staircases in housing stock.
Purpose: To seek approval to award an additional value to a contract for replacement kitchens and bathrooms in housing stock.
