To agree the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 15 January 2020.
Purpose: To consider amendments required to the corporate plan priorities and performance framework for 2020-2021.
Purpose: This report and its various sections and appendices set out proposals for the 2020/21 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) along with medium term expenditure and financing plans across the whole of the city council’s activities. It also contains the council’s proposed non-financial investments (commercial) strategy and the Treasury Management Strategy.
Purpose: To consider and recommend to council a council tax reduction scheme for 2020-21

Purpose: To update Cabinet on the financial position of the council as at 31 December 2019
Purpose: To consider the draft Greater Norwich Joint Five Year Infrastructure Investment Plan 2020-2025.
Purpose: To advise of the procurement process for the replacement of the space heating boilers and controls which serve to provide the heating provision for Norwich city hall and to seek approval to delegate authority to award the contract.
Purpose: To seek approval to award seven contracts for housing repair and maintenance works and to seek approval to delegated authority on a further two contracts.
Purpose: To seek approval to award a contract for housing structural repairs at Chipperfield Road, Millers Lane and Pearcefield.
Purpose: To advise cabinet of the procurement process for a housing structural repairs contract and to seek approval for delegated authority to award the contract.
