    To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 11 March 2020
    Purpose - To seek cabinet endorsement of the framework and blueprint for the city council's approach to recovery of both the council and the city from the initial phase of Covid-19 crisis.
    Purpose - To consider options for the redevelopment or disposal of the former council depot site in Mile Cross.
    Purpose - To seek approval of the proposed terms of reference for the East Norwich Partnership, a new public-private sector partnership to steer preparation of a masterplan to deliver a new residential-led mixed-use quarter that will support the future growth of the city and to note the content of the draft masterplan brief as a basis for procurement.
    Purpose - To consider the current trading position and options for Norwich Regeneration Limited in light of Covid-19, and seek approval for increased loan and equity financing for the company to undertake its current housing development scheme.
    Purpose - To consider the comments made by the sustainable development panel and to seek approval for the draft revised Local Development Scheme.
    Purpose - To ask cabinet to enter into an agreement with Norfolk County council to carry out civil parking enforcement.

    Purpose - To consider the recommendations of the constitution working party.

    Purpose - To provide an update on the position as at 26/05/2020 with regard the write off of non-recoverable national non-domestic rate (NNDR) debt and request approval for the write-off of debts totalling £342,951.00 which are deemed irrecoverable.

    Purpose - To seek approval to delegate authority to award the contract for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) and bulk printers.
    Purpose - To seek approval to delegate authority to award the contract for civil enforcement solutions.
    Purpose - To seek approval to delegate authority to award a contract for concrete repairs to stairs and communal walkways as St Leonards Road, Providence Place, Orchard Street, Lothian Street, Goldwell Road, Victoria Street and Gilman Road
    Purpose - To seek approval to delegate authority to award a contract for concrete repairs to stairs and communal walkways at Kensington Place, Vauxhall Street, Wessex Street, Cranworth gardens and Percival Close.
    Purpose - To award a contract for the procurement of whole home improvements on housing properties.
    Purpose - To seek approval to award a contract for Canterbury Place internal heating upgrades.
