Purpose - To consider the Corporate Plan priorities and performance framework for 2021-22.
Purpose - To consider and recommend to council, a Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2021-22.
Purpose - To consider proposals for the council's 2021-22 budget (General Fund, HRA and capital programme) along with the medium term financial plans, non-financial investments (commercial) strategy and the treasury management strategy.

Purpose - To award two contracts for the domestic gas heating upgrade of council dwellings.
Purpose - To award two contract for the domestic electrical rewiring of council dwellings.
