Purpose:  To report progress against the delivery of the corporate plan priorities and key performance indicators and to provide an update on corporate risks for quarter two of 2022/23.

Purpose:  The purpose of this report is to brief Cabinet on the post-public consultation draft of the Biodiversity Strategy 2022-2023 (hereafter ‘the Strategy’) and its associated Biodiversity Development Plan 2022-2025 (hereafter ‘the Plan’), and to recommend that Cabinet approve the Strategy and Plan for adoption.

Purpose:  To update Cabinet on the outcomes of the Scrutiny Committee review of the council’s approach to dealing with fly tipping in the city. This report will also highlight the implications of the decisions made at the Scrutiny Committee on 14 July 2022, especially where Cabinet has been asked to review previous agreed budget savings.

Purpose:  To consider the award of contract and delegated decisions for edge protection works at St Andrews Car Park, Duke Street, Norwich.

Purpose:  For cabinet to consider the disposal of the land identified in this report.
