Purpose - The purpose of this report is to seek amendments to the statutory officer dismissal process in the constitution. These changes are being made to align to the recommended model statutory officer dismissal procedures in the national terms and conditions for employment of chief executives.
Purpose - This report seeks approval for changes to the council’s Capital Programme (2023/24).
