Scrutiny Committee Recommendations (Report to follow)
Purpose: To consider and recommend that Council resolves to adopt a Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme (LCTRS) for 2024/25.
Purpose: To consider draft proposals for the council’s 2024/25 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position including the outcomes of the budget consultation and any recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee.
Final budget proposals, alongside the outcome of the budget consultation and budget scrutiny work, will be brought back to Council on 21 February 2024 with a recommendation to consider and approve those alongside the council tax setting decision.
Purpose: To report progress against the delivery of the corporate plan priorities and key performance indicators for quarter three of 2023/24.
Purpose: This report provides an update to the council's corporate risk register based on the position for quarter three (December 2023).
Purpose: This report sets out the council’s overall financial position based on managers’ forecasts to the end of December 2023 (quarter 3); additional information based on more recent information has also been included. The report covers the council’s General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) resources and includes information in relation to both its revenue and capital position.
Purpose: This report sets out the Council’s Treasury Management performance for the first nine months of the financial year to 31 December 2023.
