Purpose - To present to Cabinet the draft Parks and Green Spaces Strategy with a recommendation for wider stakeholder and public consultation.

Purpose - To consider whether the Council should seek to participate in the established Joint Venture compnay, Norfolk Environmental Credits Ltd (NEC Ltd) (a company limited by guarantee). 

Purpose - This report provides an overview of the significant progress made to date in defining the strategic case for the transformation of City Hall and realising its strategic potential to support the city's growth and sustainability objectives. This report also seeks approval for the funding required to progress to the next stage of design devleopment and project definition through an Outline Business Case - which will provide a robust basis for progress the project with certainty through to delivery.

Purpose - This presents the recommendations agreed by the Scrutiny Committee, at its meeting on 19 September 2024, in relation to Severe Weather Emergency Protocol and an update on the review of welcoming asylum seekers and refugees. It also addresses the motion (Motion 9(d) Preventing the deaths during extreme weather of people experiencing homelessness) and petition presented at Full Council on 24 September 2024 that were referred to Cabinet.
