Purpose - To consider the proposed final version of the statement of licensing policy for sex establishments.
Purpose - To consider the proposed final version of the Biodiversity Net Gain Guidance Note 2024 following public consultation and amendments.
Purpose - This report presents to Cabinet a feasibility study in response to the motion agreed at Full Council on 30 January 2024 "It costs more to be poor: tackling the poverty premium in Norwich". This study outlines three potential options on how work may be progressed to mitigate the impacts of the property premium burden on Norwich residents.
Purpose - To consider the conclusions of the Regulation 10A review of policies in the Development Management Policies Local Plan.
Purpose - To provide a report of complaints that the council has received for the period 2023/24 and those that have been investigated by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) and the Housing Ombudsman (HOS).
Purpose - This report sets out the Council's Treasury Management performance for the first six months of the financial year to 30 September 2024.
Purpose - To provide an update on the 2025-2026 Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business plan.
Purpose - To consider the current position and proposals in relation to the setting of the 2025-2026 budget and the associated medium-term financial strategy.
Purpose - To delegate the authority to the Executive Director of Resources to award a contract for Microsoft Licences for the period of 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028.
Purpose - To consider the award of contracts to undertake works to replace existing fire doors to dwellings and communal areas of council owned housing stock.
