Purpose - To consider the draft Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan, 2024-27 and the recommendations relating to this, made at Scrutiny Committee's meeting of 12 December 2024.

Purpose - This report sets out the Council's Equality Information Report 2025 which is appended. It is submitted for consideration and decision.

Purpose - The 15-year Norwich Inclusive Economy Vision communicates the necessity for the public, private and civil society sectors to collaborate to achieve shared long-term ambitions for Norwich.

Purpose - To consider proposals for the council's 2025-26 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position. The outcomes of the budget consultation and any recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee will be reflected in a further report to Cabinet on 5 February 2025, prior to the final proposals being submitted to Full Council on 12 February 2025.

Purpose - To provide an overview of the significant progress made to date in defining the vision and objectives for the future of the Provisions Market, to agree a strategic outline case for the market and to approve the funding required to progress to the next stage of engagement, design and project definition through an Outline Business Case which will provide a robust basis for progressing the project further.

Purpose - For Members to agree to consult on the proposed amendments to the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Policy (Drivers/Operators only at this time) taking into consideration the guidance issued by the Government in 2020.

Purpose - To consider and consult on the proposed standards, including conditions, for residential caravans following legislative changes in relation to the regulation of residential caravans and park homes. 

Purpose - Following the receipt of detailed structural information following the pre-construction phase of the solar photovoltaic (PV) system development at Riverside Leisure Centre, approval is sought to extend the scope of the delegated authority previously agreed in March 2024.
