To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 2 April 2025. 

Purpose - To seek the adoption of a Corporate Debt Strategy and approve the Corporate Debt Policy for Norwich City Council.

Purpose - This report provides an update to the Council's corporate risk register based on the position for quarter four (March 2025).

To consider the referred Council motion on Local Government Pay.

Purpose - To present to Cabinet the results of the consultation programme and the final draft of the Parks and Green Spaces Strategy.

Purpose - To enable the Council to take the necessary action to deliver the funding awarded in relation to two environmental projects, being the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 funding and Warm Homes: Local Grant funding.

Purpose - To ensure that the necessary delegated authority is in place to secure the four Housing Revenue Account (HRA) housing maintenance contracts to ensure continuity of service provision of budget areas delivering asset maintenance, improvements and community investment projects.
