Purpose - To consider the Corporate Performance Report for Quarter One of 2025-2026.

Purpose - To consider the Budget Monitoring Report for Quarter One of 2025-2026.

Purpose - To consider Cabinet's response to the recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee on a Good Employer Charter.

Purpose - This report presents the recommendations to Cabinet made by the Scrutiny Commitee's Task and Finish Group Making Norwich a Truly Accessible City, as endorsed by the Committee on 19 June 2025. These recommendations, with officer narratives and proposed responses, are contained in Appendix 1.

Purpose - To consider the Treasury Management Review and Outturn Position for 2024-2025.

Purpose -  This report reflects the outcome fo the work undertaken to review and update the Council's risk managmeent strategy and policy, including the production of a risk appetite statement that will underpin and support decision making about the future management of risks.

Purpose - To endorse the updated Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Policy (Drivers and Operators Standards only), considering the latest guidance issued by the Government. The aim of the proposed changes is to ensure public safety, especially in relation to children and vulnerable adults.

Purpose - To consider the residential caravan conditions following consultation responses and agree to adopt these.

Purpose - To consider the responses received to the public consultation and the amended adoption version of the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Supplementary Planning Document.

Purpose - To seek agreement to endorse the 2025 review of the Norfolk Strategic Planning Framework.

Purpose - To present the draft Greater Norwich Green Infrastructure Strategy Supplementary Planning Document for authorisation to commence public consultation.

Purpose: To consider and comment on the GNLP Policy 2: Sustainable Communities Draft Supplementary Planning Document.

Purpose - To request approval to borrow £3million from the Nutrient Mitigation Fund. This will allow the Norwich Mitigation scheme to contract out work to install additional water saving measures to allow development to be brough forward quicker.

Purpose - To consider the extension of the contract with Norse Environmental Waste Services for processing recyclable material.

Purpose - To report the new Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report and seek Cabinet's formal response to this report, which is a statutory requirement under the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code.

Purpose - To consider delegated authority to award the main design and build construction contract for 67 new homes at Mile Cross.

Purpose - To achieve the award of two Housing Revenue Account (HRA) housing maintenance contracts to ensure continuity of service provision of budget areas delivering asset maintenance, improvements and community investment projects.
