Purpose - To update the Scrutiny Committee on proposed changes to the Council's social housing allocations policy to incorporate new legislation and statutory guidance.

Housing Development at Mile Cross Depot Site - to follow
Purpose - In May 2025, Audit Committee resolved to 'request that Scrutiny Committee considers reviewing the current position around Nutrient Neutrality and the mitigations'. At the June work programming session, the Scrutiny Committee added Nutrient Neutrality to their Work Programme for March 2026. The purpose of this item is for the Scrutiny Committee to scope the review.
Purpose - To approve the Scrutiny Work Programme 2025-26.
