Minutes - to follow
To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 15 January 2026.
Purpose - To consider proposals for the Council's 2026-2027 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) and updated medium-term financial position including the outcomes of the budget consultation and any recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee. Final budget proposals will be submitted Full Council on 24 February 2026.
To approve the work programme 2025/26.
