To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 23 September 2014.
Purpose - This report presents the Annual Audit letter.
Purpose - To update members on reviews by the corporate leadership team of:
- key risks facing the council and the associated mitigating actions
- the council’s risk management policy
Purpose - To advise members of the work of internal audit between September and October 2014 and progress against the 2014-15 internal audit plan, together with the work of the fraud team between April and October 2014
