To agree the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 22 February 2017.
Purpose - To report progress made on the Greater Norwich Local Plan.
Purpose - The draft HECA report sets out the energy conservation measures that the authority considers practicable, cost-effective and likely to result i5n significant improvement in the energy efficiency of residential accommodation in its area in line with government requirements.
