Simeon was born and bred in Norfolk, before attending the University of Leeds and graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering.

His focus at Norwich City Council is on local economics and development.

Simeon would like to see a Norwich where it is easy and convenient to walk, cycle and use public transport to get around and where development helps to reduce our environmental impact whilst improving the lives of all Norwich residents.
