position of the work to identify capacity improvements on the outer ring road
between South Park Avenue and Newmarket Road and to agree to consult on
proposals.

Purpose - For members to consider the results of an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order for a road closure on Waggon and Horses Lane to protect no 21 Elm Hill and to agree to make the closure permanent.

installation of the proposed limited waiting restrictions in four locations in
Sewell Ward.
