To agree the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 23 April 2020
Purpose - This report proposes to amend the committee’s current scheme of delegated powers which was amended temporarily in response to the current government advice on public gathering in light of the coronavirus and due to the redeployment of staff required to deliver the council’s response to the pandemic. This report seeks to identify an alternative solution which allows committees to take place whilst maintaining appropriate precautions due to coronavirus.
