To receive apologies for absence.

To receive questions / petitions from the public submitted in line with the council's constitution.

(Please note that it is the responsibility of individual members to declare an interest prior to the item if they arrive late for the meeting).

To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meetings held on 9 and 16 September 2021.

Purpose - For the Chair of Scrutiny to provide a verbal update to the scrutiny committee on an urgent item taken to Cabinet on 13 October 2021.

Purpose - To provide the scrutiny committee with a brief overview of the council's work to further develop its Environmental Strategy, to inform the committee's review of that strategy following Covid-19. 

Purpose - To assist scrutiny committee members in setting the scrutiny committee work programme for 2021/22 and to receive a verbal update regarding the work of the scrutiny select committee regarding communal bins.
