To provide a verbal update on the Good Employer Charter and the Making Norwich a Truly Accessible City Task and Finish Group.

Purpose - This report sets out the Council's provisional outturn position for the 2024-2025 financial year. The report covers the Council's General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) resources and includes information in relation to both its revenue and capital position.

Purpose - To provide an update on the progress of the We are Norwich community-led plan and report on the key performance indicators for Quarter 4 and the 2024-2025 period.

Purpose - This report addresses the motion (Motion 11(b) Exploring emissions and weight-based parking charges) referred from Full Council on 25 February 2025 in relation to the feasbility of introducing weight and emission based charging at the Council's three multi-storey and 11 off-street car parks.

Purpose - To request delegated authority to award a contract for the purchase of temporary nitrogen credits to support the Norwich Nutrient Neutrality Mitigation scheme to help unlock housing stalled by nutrient neutrality requirements. This mitigation scheme supports Anglia Square and other key developments.

Purpose - To acheive the award of two Housing Revenue Account (HRA) housing maintenance contracts to ensure continuity of service provision of budget areas delivering asset maintenance, improvements and community investment projects.

Purpose - The report considers the outcomes of the work undertaken to review the Lion Homes business plan and the associated economic climate and other relevant factors leading to conclusions and recommendation about the future and next steps for the company.

Purpose - To inform the Cabinet of the latest position in relation to the Investment Partnership (IP), it provides and update on the progress in establishing the IP and progressing the Anglia Square project, seeks approve to the appointment of the Council representatives to the IP Board and its incorporation and confirms the governance arrangements.
