Purpose- To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meetings held on 26 November 2020, 28 January 2021 and 8 July 2021.
Purpose - For members to consider the changes to the draft HMO Licensing Policy following a period of consultation ending in November 2021 and consider further proposed officer amendments, in respect of Houses of Multiple Occupation licensed under the Housing Act 2004.
