To receive questions from the public which have been submitted in accordance with the council's constitution.
To approve the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 31 January 2023.
Purpose - To consider a Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme (LCTRS) for 2023/24 as recommended by cabinet.
Purpose - To consider proposals for the council's 2023-24 budget (general fund, HRA and capital programme) along with the council's medium term financial plans and the treasury management strategy.
