Questions to cabinet members / committee chairs

Purpose: This report sets out the Treasury Management performance for the first six months of the financial year to 30 September 2019. This is in accordance with the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy’s (CIPFA) Treasury Management and Prudential Codes.
Purpose: To consider an adjustment to the 2019/20 HRA capital programme, to increase the budget allocation to support the provision of new council housing.
Purpose: To consider motions for which notice has been received in accordance with appendix one of the council's constitution.
