Purpose - To adopt changes to the constitution as recommended by cabinet.
Purpose - To consider the appointment of an interim chief finance officer and section 151 officer.
Purpose - To seek approval to formally offer the position of chief executive and head of paid service to the candidate recommended by the member appointment panel, following a recruitment process.
To seek approval to appoint an interim chief executive and head of paid service for the period from when the current chief executive leaves and the new chief executive commences employment.
