To receive questions / petitions from the public.

Questions to cabinet members / committee chairs

Purpose -
To seek approval for an adjustment to the capital programme
to provide loans and equity financing for the environment and repairs services
company to provide a depot facility and for the council to purchase ICT, tools
and equipment for use by the company.
Purpose - To seek approval for a funding contribution to the Norfolk County Council led Transforming Cities Fund programme from transport funding held by Norwich City Council.
Purpose - To receive the annual review of the scrutiny committee 2019-20.
Purpose - To consider the annual audit committee report 2019-20
Purpose: To consider motions for which notice has been received in accordance with appendix one of the council's constitution.
