Questions to cabinet members / committee chairs

Purpose - To consider whether to introduce a Community Infrastructure Levy Exceptional Circumstances Relief Policy.
Purpose - To consider an increase in the housing revenue account capital programme.
Purpose - To consider appointing a deputy monitoring officer to provide further resilience for the Council
Purpose - To consider motions for which notice has been received in accordance with appendix one fo the council's constitution.
